We are excited to announce a new partnership and integration between ReceiptHero and M2 expense management platform by Visma—making it easier than ever for customers to capture and manage receipts for business expenses paid with personal

With this integration, ReceiptHero provides a simple, secure, and sustainable solution. At checkout, customers can simply scan a QR code to access their digital receipt. From there, the structured purchase data can be transferred directly into the M2 platform with a single click. Functionality will also be added to first apps and ecommerce stores in the beginning of 2025. This eliminates the need for manual data entry, reduces errors, and supports environmentally friendly, paperless practices.
Enhanced User Experience for Over a Million Users
M2 is used by more than 1.3 million users. Now, any individual paying out-of-pocket can seamlessly integrate their receipts, ensuring that all expenses—whether paid on a corporate or personal card—are tracked and managed efficiently within the M2 environment.
Looking to the Future

“In 2024, the number of electronic receipts delivered to M2 doubled compared to the previous year. For 2025, we expect at least the same level of growth, supported by new technical solutions that will make it possible to receive electronic receipts directly into the M2 system – even for payments made with personal payment methods. In addition, we are launching our own M2 credit card to offer our customers better user experience and automation.”
