ReceiptHero today announces its partnership with Søstrene Grene, the internationally recognised Danish retail brand known for its home accessories, furniture, and lifestyle products. With more than 400 stores across Europe, Søstrene Grene operates in the affordable home and lifestyle retail segment, offering a unique in-store experience centred around creativity and design.
Through this collaboration, Søstrene Grene has implemented ReceiptHero’s digital receipt technology to enhance the in-store post-purchase experience for customers, while also enabling new opportunities for marketing consent and customer engagement.
By integrating ReceiptHero’s card-linking solution, customers can securely connect their payment card and automatically receive digital receipts instantly after completing a purchase in-store. For customers who have not yet downloaded the Søstrene Grene app, the experience remains frictionless, they can simply tap their phone on NFC-enabled readers at the point of sale and access their receipt directly in their mobile browser.
At the same time, the solution opens up new opportunities to strengthen customer relationships in-store. Customers are encouraged to consent to marketing communications or by downloading the Søstrene Grene app, enabling the brand to build stronger loyalty and deliver more personalised experiences when the customer returns to one of the stores.
