ReceiptHero today announced a new partnership with Cabonline, one of the leading mobility providers in the Nordics, to introduce fully digital, automated receipts across Cabonline's Finnish taxi brands, FixuTaxi and Kovanen. The first phase covers payments made on in-car terminals, with in-app payments to follow.
Passengers receive their receipts instantly and securely through their preferred digital channels. Paper receipts are no longer needed.
Built for business travellers
Kovanen is Cabonline's metropolitan brand built around the business travel segment. FixuTaxi is an approved operator serving the taxi rank at Helsinki Central Station, Finland's busiest transport hub, and continues as an official partner on the Helsinki-Vantaa airport with its own lane. For the many professionals riding with both brands, getting a receipt automatically is essential for expense reporting and compliance.
With ReceiptHero, a ride paid with a company card produces a digital receipt automatically, ready to flow straight into the passenger's expense management or accounting platform. There is nothing to request, photograph, store or submit by hand. Reimbursements and financial reporting simply happen.

The partnership shows how payments and the post-purchase experience can be fully connected. Starting with in-car terminals and extending into the app, ReceiptHero and Cabonline are extending a seamless, data-driven standard for taxi travel across Finland, from Helsinki to the cities where FixuTaxi and Kovanen operate.
In the first phase, ReceiptHero digital receipts are available for payments on FixuTaxi and Kovanen in-car terminals. Digital receipts for in-app payments will follow in a later phase.
