02 Taksi Deepens Partnership with ReceiptHero to Streamline Business Travel Receipts

02 Taksi and ReceiptHero have announced an expansion of their partnership to provide an even more seamless digital receipt experience for business users. The collaboration brings new capabilities to the 02 Taksi app, designed to reduce manual expense reporting and enhance convenience for corporate travelers.

Through the deepened integration, receipts from rides booked and paid via the 02 Taksi app will now be automatically delivered to users’ connected expense management platforms, ensuring faster reimbursements and improved compliance for finance teams. 

For customers paying with a personal card, the solution provides even more flexibility. After receiving a digital receipt, users can now click on the logo of their travel and expense platform (e.g. Visma m2, Fennoa, etc.) directly from the receipt interface, and ReceiptHero will forward the receipt in a structured, compliant format to the selected platform—ensuring accurate reporting and fast reimbursement.

Additionally, ReceiptHero’s card-linking functionality will be embedded directly into the app, enabling users to securely link their payment cards once and receive digital receipts for every eligible transaction.
