Streamlined Charging with Mobile Billing
As a first result, EV drivers can now use CIRRANTIC’s Charging Wallet to conveniently pay for charging sessions with several charge point operators. The attractive “Zahl einfach per Handyrechnung” -Wallet Special paying by mobile phone bill of the German telco operators Telekom Deutschland, O2 and Vodafone, using the MOOVILITY app is integrated with ReceiptHero. Users can locate participating charging stations, initiate charging sessions, and pay by mobile phone bill, receiving their charging receipts from ReceiptHero. This eliminates the need for separate receipt handling, downloads or registrations, making the charging process seamless and accessible.
How It Works:
1. Locate a participating Charging Station: Open the MOOVILITY app and use the “Special” filter to find nearby charging stations that support mobile bill payment.
2. Select the Start with Wallet Option: Choose the desired charging connector and opt for the “Special – Zahl einfach per Handyrechnung” provided by the respective CPO. Review the displayed price, accept the terms and conditions, and proceed.
3. Verify Mobile Number: Enter your mobile number to receive a verification code via SMS. Input the code to confirm, start the charging session and monitor your charging progress.
4. Receive invoice: After finishing the charging session, the final receipt will be available for download. In parallel, the respective links are provided via SMS directly to the phone number that was used for payment.
